Welcome to our community, we are an experienced team committed to providing high authentic and compassionate companionship for the elderly and individuals with disabilies. Led by our founder and CEO, GayleAnn Gomes, and supported by our dedicated manager, Calvin King, we bring over a decade of hands on experience in caregiving and senior support. For the past seven years, our business has proudly served the community with a personal heartfelt approach that puts the well-being of each client at the center of everything we do.

Our Vision
Our vision at Essential Hand in Hand, LLC is to be a trusted leader in quality home and community based care. Working collaboratively and in partnership with the Agency for People with Disabilities we are committed to delivering reliable, and individualized services that promote independence while supporting the unique needs of each person and family we serve. In order to do so, it has drafted this policies and procedures manual where it will detail specific administrative and programmatic requirements for the Developmental Disabilities Home and Community Base Services Waiver and Developmental Disabilities Program Waiver(s) requirement for providers, and agency’s plan for compliance.
